Thermal flight
Longer thermal flights require the right wind and weather conditions.
We choose the launch site accordingly to let the thermics and winds carry us up.

Right after takeoff, we gain altitude along the rock faces, try to catch some thermals near the ridge, or cross the valley to climb higher toward the Doldenhorn.

We glide higher and higher along the various ridges to get closer to the peaks of the Niesen mountain range.

First, we'll use the updrafts at Tschentengrat to climb towards the Gsür and take in Adelboden from way up high.
